Painted Purple Cat

In this painting, I tried something new using techniques I learned from Tracy Verdugo. I started with collage and layered over it with acrylic inks and Golden acrylic paints. You can see a few of the collage elements peeking through, like on its paw. I also used stencils here and there to add to the design. It was fun to do something different and I'm sure I will find other ways to incorporate these techniques into future artworks.
